NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB25AV-FA

The AB25AV-FA is a double-pole, vertical PCB-mount pushbutton in the AB Series, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits. It features a totally sealed body to prevent contamination and supports automated soldering and cleaning. The switch has a nominal operating force of 2.55N, nonshorting contact timing, and a travel of 1.1mm. It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and withstands 50G shock and 1.5mm peak-to-peak vibration. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute. Terminals are spaced at 2.54mm x 2.54mm, conforming to standard PCB grid spacing. The plunger is 5.4mm long with a black cap. Electrical and mechanical life is rated at 50,000 operations minimum. The series has not been tested for UL or CSA certification.
