The AB15BV1-FA is a single-pole, double-throw, momentary pushbutton in the AB Series, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. It features a vertical PCB mount with an inline bracket, subminiature footprint with 2.54mm terminal spacing, and a totally sealed body for contamination resistance. The switch has a nominal operating force of 2.55N, nonshorting contact timing, and travels 0.7mm pretravel and 0.4mm overtravel. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance 500 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute. Mechanical and electrical life is rated at 50,000 operations minimum. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. The plunger is polyacetal, housing is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, and contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze and brass. The part supports wave and manual soldering and is compatible with automated cleaning.
