NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB11BH

The AB11BH is a single-pole, double-throw, right-angle PC-mount pushbutton from the AB Series, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. It features a totally sealed body for contamination protection, with a subminiature footprint (0.100" x 0.100" terminal spacing) compatible with standard PCB grids. The switch has a nominal operating force of 2.55N, travel of 0.7mm pretravel and 0.4mm overtravel, and a mechanical and electrical life of 50,000 operations. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, with 500 megohms minimum insulation resistance and 500V AC dielectric strength. The plunger is polyacetal, housing is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, and contacts use gold-plated phosphor bronze and brass. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. The terminal configuration matches the AB11 model, which lacks terminal 2. It is not UL recognized or CSA certified.
