NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A24KV-AA

The A Series are sealed subminiature toggle switches for low-voltage logic circuits, featuring a 26° throw, nonshorting contacts, and 0.100" x 0.100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) terminal spacing. Constructed with glass fiber reinforced polyamide housing and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts, they handle 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC with 50 milliohm contact resistance and 500 megohm insulation resistance. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, 50,000 for others. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C, with 50G shock and 10-55Hz vibration ratings. Soldering is recommended via wave process. No UL or CSA certifications apply. The A24KV-AA variant includes a snap-top cap and vertical terminals consistent with the series design.
