NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A23JP

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body construction, nonshorting contact timing, and a 26° angle of throw. Terminals have a 0.100" x 0.100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) spacing conforming to standard PCB grids. Electrical capacity is rated at 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum and insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and electrical life is rated at 50,000 operations. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C, with environmental compliance for humidity, vibration, and shock. Toggle materials include glass fiber reinforced polyamide and nickel-plated brass, with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated. Soldering is recommended using wave or manual methods per specified profiles.
