NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A1SAV1

The A Series is a family of process-sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits. The switches feature a totally sealed body to prevent contamination and support automated soldering and cleaning. They have a 26° angle of throw, nonshorting contact timing, and terminals spaced at 0.100" x 0.100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) to conform to standard PCB grids. Electrical capacity is 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, with contact resistance under 50 milliohms and insulation resistance above 500 megohms. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On configurations, and 50,000 for other circuits. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C. Terminal styles include vertical, right angle, and straight with or without brackets. The toggle is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide or nickel-plated brass, with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. No UL or CSA certifications are listed.
