NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A19HH

The A Series is a sealed subminiature toggle switch designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits. It features a totally sealed body construction, subminiature dimensions, and .100" x .100" terminal spacing conforming to standard PCB grid layouts. The switch has a 26° angle of throw, nonshorting contact timing, and offers momentary or maintained actuation. Electrical capacity is 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum and insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and 50,000 for others. Electrical life is rated at 50,000 operations. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. Housing and toggle are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated. Soldering is recommended via wave process. The series has not been tested for UL or CSA certification.
