NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A15AH

Series A is a family of sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body construction, STC contact mechanism for reliable actuation, and .100" x .100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) terminal spacing conforming to standard PCB grids. They are rated for 0.4VA maximum resistive load at 28V AC/DC, with contact resistance up to 50 milliohms and insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and 50,000 for other configurations. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C, and the switches meet vibration and shock standards of 10-55Hz with 1.5mm amplitude and 50G acceleration. Terminals are epoxy sealed or ultrasonically welded, and toggle materials include glass fiber reinforced polyamide or nickel-plated brass. Soldering is compatible with wave or manual processes. The series has no UL or CSA certification.
