NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A13EP

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits. The switches feature a totally sealed body to prevent contamination and support automated soldering. They have a 26° angle of throw, nonshorting contact timing, and terminals spaced at 0.100" (2.54mm) to conform to standard PCB grids. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance 500 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength 500V AC between contacts and to case. Electrical capacity is 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, 50,000 for others; electrical life is 50,000 operations minimum. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. The toggle is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating, and terminals are brass with gold plating. PCB mounting uses straight, right-angle, or vertical terminals.
