The MYXAP54RHC486/V is a 14-pin flat-pack dual I/O arbiter with 30 krad(Si) total ionizing dose (TID) tolerance and single event latch-up (SEL) immunity up to 80 MeV·cm²/mg. It operates across a 1.65V to 5.50V voltage range and features zero-power cold sparing on all inputs and outputs with class 2 ESD protection. The device is fabricated on a 180 nm CMOS process with rad-hard by design techniques and includes SnPb lead finish.
