The Metrosep A Supp 21 - 250/4.0 is a high-performance anion exchange chromatography column designed for the determination of inorganic anions and oxyhalides in complex matrices using hydroxide eluents. It features a 250 mm length and 4.0 mm internal diameter, with a PEEK housing and monodisperse 4.6 µm particles of hydrophilized polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer bearing quaternary ammonium groups. The column offers exceptional peak shapes, high resolution, and extreme capacity to minimize matrix effects, compatible with US EPA 300.1 A and B and DIN ISO 10304-1 & 4 standards. It operates within a pH range of 0-14 and a temperature range of 10-70 °C.
