McCain Bindery Systems Straight-In Automatic Bundle Loader

The straight in system is connected directly to the infeed of the signature feeder. This system is used only for the loading of pressure bundles or logs. Bundles are loaded on to the straight in system and the signatures are fed directly into the signature feeder. Bundle loader adapter kits are required for each individual signature feeder. Automation is strongly recommended for lifting bundles from the pallet and placing them on the loader. It should be understood that bundles delivered to the straight in loader must be uniform and have all signatures well jogged.
