StabilityWafer™ microwave/RF cable assemblies for 2.4mm connectors provide stable electrical performance up to 50 GHz with typical phase stability of ±3° and amplitude stability of ±0.05 dB under flexure. The SW-24-FM90-36 variant features a right-angle (90°) female connector with a maximum cable outer diameter of 0.36 in (9.2 mm) and a dynamic bend radius of 1.1 in (28 mm). The assembly operates from -67 to +329 °F (-55 to +165 °C), supports over 10,000 flex life cycles, and meets RoHS/REACH requirements. All variants share a 50 ohm nominal impedance, 74% velocity of propagation, and shielding effectiveness greater than 90 dB from DC to 18 GHz.
StabilityWafer™ on-wafer probing cable assemblies (SW-series) have been specifically designed to empower accurate and repeatable on-wafer measurements when used with coaxial wafer probes. Its small outer diameter, light weight and superior flexibility allow for the tight spacing typically required for on-wafer measurements and eliminate pressure on the wafer probes that would cause a loss of contact with the device-under-test. StabilityWafer™ is available with standard straight connectors, as well as right-angle (short 90°), extended 90° and extended 83° ferules. StabilityWafer™ employs color-coded connectors to reduce potential for connection mistakes and is available with 3.5mm, 2.92mm, 2.4mm and 1.85mm connectors up to 67 GHz.
