StabilityPlus™ SP-1 microwave/RF cable assemblies are phase-stable and amplitude-stable cable assemblies designed for high-performance test applications such as vector network analysis and ATE systems. The SP-1 series supports frequencies up to 110 GHz, with a typical phase stability of ±5° and amplitude stability of ±0.10 dB under flexure. It features a 1mm connector, white color-coded interface for compatibility identification, a maximum outer cable diameter of 0.16 in (4 mm), and a nominal weight of 0.41 oz/ft (38 g/m). The assembly has a minimum static bend radius of 0.8 in (20 mm) and dynamic bend radius of 1.6 in (40 mm), with a flex life exceeding 10,000 cycles. It operates from -55°C to 105°C, is impedance-matched at 50 ohms, and meets RoHS/REACH requirements. The cable uses silver-plated copper center conductors and provides shielding effectiveness greater than 90 dB up to 18 GHz.
