StabilityPlus™ microwave/RF cable assemblies are phase- and amplitude-stable cable assemblies designed for high-repeatability applications in vector network analyzers, bench-top testing, and ATE systems. The SP-1 model features a 1mm connector, operates up to 110 GHz, and has a typical phase stability of ±5° with flexure and ±0.10 dB amplitude stability. It has a maximum outer cable diameter of 0.16 in (4 mm), a nominal weight of 0.41 oz/ft (38 g/m), a minimum static bend radius of 0.8 in (20 mm), and a flex life exceeding 10,000 cycles. The cable uses silver-plated copper center conductors, has a 50-ohm impedance, 76% velocity of propagation, and operates from -55°C to 105°C. It is color-coded white for connector compatibility and meets RoHS/REACH requirements.
StabilityPlus™ phase-stable cable assemblies (SP-series) set the standard for high-performance ruggedized microwave/RF cable assemblies. Designed specifically for phase-stable and amplitude-stable applications, StabilityPlus™ offers excellent measurement repeatability even after cable flexure. With a ruggedized, durable construction, StabilityPlus™ will outlast and outperform other assemblies resulting in a reduced total cost-of-test. Stability Plus’™ is equally suited for for daily use with VNA’s as well as high-end test instrumentation. StabilityPlus™ employs color-coded connectors to reduce potential for connection mistakes and is available with TNCA, SMA, Type N, 7mm, 3.5mm, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, 1.85mm, and 1mm connectors up to 110 GHz.
