LED headlight comes standard with spotlight and flood light modes. By sliding an integrated diffuser lens over the spot beam, operators can create a soft wide flood beam for close work spaces. Equipped with an adjustable elastic strap, the LED headlight can be affixed to the head, helmet or hard hat.
There are many LED headlights on the market today. What makes this LED headlight unique is its versatility in form, function, battery longevity and features. The optics in this LED headlight are the key. The lens and reflector supporting the LED are provided by the leading optics manufacturer in the world. For this reason, when you compare the light output on this LED headlight to others on the market with a 1 watt LED, you will see a marked difference in light output. By keeping the LED size to one watt, this LED light can run for 2 hours continuously. With 4 levels of intensity, emergency strobe mode and headlight and handlebar mounts, this LED light is suitable for a wide variety of industrial, commercial and consumer applications.
This LED headlight uses a high powered 1 watt LED light to give the operator a clear, powerful beam with 4 different intensities.
Light intensities include:
- high beam, capable of reaching lengths close to 120 feet (60 minutes run time);
- medium beam, reaching 90 feet (80 minutes run time);
- low beam, for long battery life at distances of 60 feet (2 hours run time);
- and flashing strobe mode.
Another unique feature of this LED light is the burst mode, which increases the high beam intensity to a range of 165 feet for as long as the operator presses the burst button.
The light head is adjustable, so operators can set an angle appropriate for the job.
LED headlight takes 3 AAA batteries. A red battery life indicator shows remaining battery life.
This LED light package also includes a rail mount option. By removing the electric strap mount and attaching the rail mount, operators can mount this LED light on any tube, pipe or bar that is approximately 1 inch in diameter. This enables operators to use this on bicycles, motorcycles, ATVs with 1 inch diameter handlebars. Many boats have a 1 inch rail mount, which makes this a useful battery powered LED boat light.
