CD45, LCA is expressed on the cytoplasmic membrane of T and B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, mast cells, and weakly on granulocytes. CONFIRM anti-CD45, LCA (RP2/18) is directed against the CD45RB epitope found on the membrane of leukocytic cells. CONFIRM anti-CD45, LCA (RP2/18) has been shown to react with the 220-, 205-, and 190 kD isoforms of CD45.
