Basic AEC Detection Kit is an indirect biotin streptavidin system for detecting mouse and rabbit primary antibodies. The kit is intended for use with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue or frozen tissue. The AEC chromogen produces a dark red precipitate that is readily detected by light microscopy. All reagents are provided pre-diluted and ready-to-use for convenient operation on NexES IHC and BenchMark Series automated slide stainers. Note: The AEC depositions are soluble in organic solvents. Aqueous mounting medium should be used.
