LS Industries Cylinder Blaster BSC-30

Easy operation with LS Industries Cylinder Shot Blaster. The BSC30 has many time saving features. The pneumatic cylinder lift does the lifting. After the cylinder has been raised to the horizontal position, ball transfer rollers permit easy cylinder loading into the blast chamber. Two 2" Manganese alloy roller shafts rotate the cylinder for an even and thoroughly cleaned surface. After the cleaning cycle is complete, the pneumatic cylinder ejector moves the cleaned cylinder back to the lift for removal. A free-standing 5 HP dust collector unit separates dust and waste from the shot media. The standard dust collector has 8 fire retardant bag style filters and provides 208 sq ft of filter with 800 CFM flow rate.
