The Monograph Millennium CNC Plasma Cutting Machine has a 5' x 10' or a 5' x 20' effective cutting area with a 5/8" thick maximum plate capacity. The Monograph Millennium plasma cutting machine is a unique, unitized table with a guide frame system that supports the machine and the single torch for plasma only cutting. The cutting table incorporates a deep section downdraft design with a rear exhaust port for easy fume collector interfacing. Screw type leveling pads and forklift provisions make for easier positioning and installation. This rigid structure and accompanying rack and pinion drive system support rapid traverse speeds of 1400 inches per minute while maintaining required accuracies at cutting speeds. The featured CNC control on the Monograph Millennium Plasma Cutting Machine is the PC-based KARCNC by Koike Aronson, Inc. The operating system on the KARCNC is Microsoft XP. The KARCNC utilizes dual microprocessors, one processor is dedicated to programming and the other is dedicated to motion, making true multi-tasking possible. The KARCNC features a 15" TFT SVGA high resolution color flat panel touch screen display. Communication with the KARCNC is possible using the following standard interfaces: minimum 20 Gigabite "laptop style" hard drive, 256 Mbytes of RAM, USB port, 2.0 high speed, network card with RJ45 connector, RS-232 9-pin D-sub connector, integrated 2 axis ac servo drives, emergency stop button / power on reset switch. EIA code reader easily reads code from competitive controllers. DXF conersion and real time motion display which are amony many features that this cnc plasma controller offer. The Monograph Millennium is available with a high-speed model "H" motorized torch lifter or a pneumatic floating head. The motorized torch lifter version comes with initial height sensing and utilizes an Hypertherm Sensor Plasma Height Control for arc voltage feed back position control. The floating head version is recommended for lighter gauge applications.
