KRYTAR Zero Bias Schottky Detectors are inline coaxial barrel connector packages for use in today’s high-performance microwave instrumentation and systems. KRYTAR detectors are designed for use in applications including power measurements, analyzing radar performance, leveling pulsed signal sources, AM noise measurements, system monitoring and pulsed RF measurements in broadband, 5G and mm-Wave applications. KRYTAR’s Model 303 Series Detectors have a Minimum Frequency of 100 MHz and a Maximum Frequency of 40 GHz with a Frequency Response of ±0.5 dB to 20 GHz, ±0.8 dB to 26.5 GHz and ±1.5 to 40 GHz. Additional performance features include 50 ohm matched inputs for an excellent maximum VSWR of 1.35 to 20 GHz, 1.5 to 26.5 GHz and 2.0 to 40 GHz, Negative Output Polarity (For Positive Output Polarity add a “P” to the end of the model number), Low Voltage Sensitivity of 0.5 mV/µW typical, and can withstand maximum input power levels up to 100 mW. Operating temperature range is -54°C to +100°C.
