TM-3000 2D Inline Optical Micrometer The TM-3000 is a 2D Inline Optical Micrometer designed to expand the capabilities of the traditional micrometer. With the ability to image the entire part in a single field of view, advanced measurements such as widths, diameters, step heights, and angles can be carried out simultaneously. Features such as tilt correction and position correction allow errors traditionally created with variance in part presentation to be corrected automatically.
