The PTFE compression molds from jinshiling were designed specifically for the molding characteristics of PTFE. Our presses yield high-quality preforms and finished ptfe parts that have consistent mechanical properties across the entire material lot. We can mold parts up to 20″ in length (*using a modified PTFE fusing method) using our automatic PTFE compression moulding equipment. The PTFE compression tooling at jinshiling is designed and manufactured in-house. Cost savings are achieved by using molded nearnet forms in higher volume molding projects. shapes reduce the amount of material needed to produce a finished part and, therefore, reduce machining times.
