JST's vertical tube wash is a self-contained acid cleaning system for quartz tubes. Acid is sprayed through telescoping heads from an onboard reservoir. Flanged tubes, open liners, closed end, single wall, and double wall tubes can all be cleaned. Process choices are one, two or three storage reservoirs for recirculating acids. You can program the mixture and follow up with a quick polish and rinse. The vertical tubewash not only minimizes footprint but the spray technology reduces chemical usage, water usage and effluent costs.
JST uses a PLC for control with a color touch screen for the user interface. JST's GENII intuitive software enables data logging and trending as well as multiple recipes, security levels and the ability to name your own recipes and chemicals providing the ultimate flexibility.
Just load your tubes, select your recipe and walk away. The tool will alarm when the process is complete.
