The J.D. Neuhaus Mini 125 Air Hoist is designed for applications requiring high cleanliness and hygiene, making it suitable for the food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The hoist is constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, including uncoated cast aluminum for the motor housing and stainless steel for the chain, chain inlet, load sleeve, and hooks, ensuring durability in humid environments. The Mini 125 is equipped with food-grade lubricants for both the motor and chain, allowing for safe operation in sensitive environments. It has a lifting speed of 20 m/min under full load and 40 m/min without load, with a lowering speed of 40 m/min for both loaded and unloaded conditions. The hoist is also explosion-proof, making it suitable for use in areas with flammable substances. It includes twist-lock hooks for secure lifting and has a height of lift of 5 m with a control length of 4 m. The unit weighs 11 kg, facilitating easy handling and installation.
