INTROTEK® BDC / BDR clamp-on sensors are primarily used for air bubble, air-in-line and liquid level detection on plastic tubing from 1/16" to 1" and metal tubing 1/2" and larger. Depending on customer requirements, a variety of electronic options can be chosen from.
Introtek's patented pulse-type ultrasonic technology provides highly reliable, non-invasive air bubble detection capabilities in the most critical applications where the safety of a patient or process is mandatory. Many of the variables, which can affect performance of amplitude or continuous wave based sensing systems, are eliminated or greatly reduced, thus yielding accurate and repeatable detection.
