Pt1000 resistance temperature detector with ESD-optimized design, operating from -200 °C to +600 °C, featuring a nominal resistance of 1000 Ω at 0 °C and a characteristics curve of 3850 ppm/K. Mounted in a 1.8 x 2.0 x 0.65 mm package with H2 height of 1.1 mm, it uses 10 mm long Pt-cladded Ni-wire connections. Long-term stability is less than 0.04% at 1000 hours at maximum operating temperature, and it meets IEC 60751 F0.3 tolerance class. The design complies with IEC/EN 61000-4-2 for ESD protection.
