OptiMOS™ IPOL 20 A Single Output High Efficiency Buck Regulator The TDA38820 OptiMOSTM IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator. It uses a fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme, which simplifies the design effort and achieves fast control response. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the TDA38820 a small footprint solution, providing high-efficiency power delivery.
