Automotive grade, high power and fast switching Laser (VCSEL) and LED illumination driver IRS9103A is an automotive grade laser diode and LED illumination driver IC for automotive applications. It is optimized for high power and fast switching applications e.g. for indirect Time-of-Flight applications using a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL). The driver integrates an LVDS receiver input, gate driver and switch components in a tiny package. Built-in fail-safe mechanisms complete the main feature set for most size, cost, and performance optimized camera module designs.
