The BTF3050TE Demoboard is a small PCB (85mm x 70mm) where a BTF3050TE sample is already mounted. An integrated voltage regulator provides a stable 5V to the device supply pin. The SRP resistor selector allows the user to control the device’s Slew Rate. LEDs show the device status.
