The 2EDN7524F is a dual-channel, 5A, high-speed, low-side gate driver with -10Vdc negative input voltage capability and reverse current robustness. It is packaged in a PG-DSO-8 case and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Each channel provides true rail-to-rail output with source and sink resistances of 0.7Ω and 0.55Ω respectively, supporting 5A peak output current at 12V supply. The device features a 4.2V undervoltage lockout threshold, LVTTL/CMOS 3.3V input compatibility, and typ. 19ns propagation delay with 1ns channel-to-channel matching. It meets AEC-Q200 qualification standards.
