Paint and Coating Drying Systems require low maintenance, do not require frequent cleaning and have no expensive lamps to replace. Of particular interest are the Chrome Free and RoHS Compliant coatings which require higher peak metal temperature than other coatings. Our high-power, short coil design makes it ideal for retrofits of existing coating lines as well as new lines. Inductotherm induction heating systems with high-frequency inverters are able to: Achieve high-power densities Reduce the heating time of the strip Reduce the size of the drying furnace These systems are also available for paint drying, organic drying (anti-fingerprints, weldable paints, white rust protection) and also heating the steel strip prior to plastic coating.
