The CP120 is a diaphragm-style OD holding clamp with machinable jaws for clamping irregularly shaped workpieces on small machining centers, CNC rotary tables, and similar equipment. It features a body made of A7075 aluminum with an anodized finish and SCM435 steel components, and uses a four-jaw mechanism to compress against a workpiece circumference. The clamp has a locating repeatability of ±0.03 mm for the body and ±0.02 mm for the jaw. It is supplied with a locking ring, diamond pin, and socket-head cap screws. Available variants include CP120-06501 and CP120-09001, with clamping forces of 8 kN and 10 kN respectively, and allowable screw torques of 4 N·m and 6 N·m. The machinable jaw range allows adjustment to workpiece contours, with a typical clearance of 0.3 mm in diameter after machining. The clamp is designed for use with the CP121 jaws and CP122 mounting adapters.
