MAXlite-50 Multi-Axis Illuminators are designed for applications that require multiple lighting geometries, combining on-axis and dark field illumination in a single unit. This versatility simplifies integration for various applications. The illuminators can operate with continuous or variable power supplies, and each axis of illumination is individually adjustable via potentiometers or can be controlled through an analog input from a vision system. The MAXlite-50 features a light aperture of 50 mm x 50 mm and is available in different models with varying voltage and cable lengths. The red LED variant has a maximum current of 660 mA at 12V and 300 mA at 24V, with an expected lifespan of 60,000 hours. The white LED variant operates at 720 mA at 12V with a lifespan of 10,000 hours. The unit is constructed from black anodized aluminum, measures 119.1 mm x 92.1 mm x 67.1 mm, and weighs 481 grams. It is rated for a maximum operating humidity of 95% non-condensing and can function in temperatures up to 40¬8C (104¬8F). The product is CE compliant and comes with a two-year warranty.
