The Ionizing Can Rinser by Paxton Products, improves sustainability in canning operations by eliminating the need for water and/or compressed air rinsing. The Ionizing Can Rinser sets the standard for a new generation of static elimination and air rinsing by dissipating the static charges that cause dirt, dust, and contaminants to adhere to surfaces, and then blasting the contaminants away using Paxton's industry-leading PX-series centrifugal blowers. Available for both high speed and low speed lines, the Ionizing Can Rinser allows you to prevent particles and dust from adhering to the inside or outside of container walls, reduce risk of microbiological growth caused by excess moisture, and much more. Using a specially designed nozzle manifold, the Ionized Can Rinser has been also successfully qualified under all common test media: styrodot, cardboard dust, and various debris.
