The PP120 series Powerpole connector with silver-plated copper contact 1319G6 is designed for 6 AWG (13.3 mm²) wire and rated for up to 240 amps in single-pole configuration. It features a high mating force of 8 lbf (36 N), supports up to 10,000 mating cycles, and meets UL 1977 for hot plugging up to 60 amps DC at 120V. The housing is made of UL94 V-0 polycarbonate, operates from -20°C to 105°C, and complies with IEC 60529 IP20 for touch safety. Contact resistance averages 5 milliohms. The connector is compatible with reducing bushings for smaller wire sizes and supports crimp termination using APP® tooling.
