A 16 mm cartridge-mounted, 2/2 normally closed proportional valve for air, oxygen, or neutral gases, designed for high flow applications up to 200 l/min at 2.4 bar with a 4.6 mm orifice. It features a frictionless design, low power consumption of 2.5 W at 20°C, and operates within a temperature range of +10 to +50°C. The valve body is stainless steel with NBR seals, has internal and external leakage specifications of less than 10⁻² mbar·l/s, and supports a maximum operating pressure of 7 bar. Electrical characteristics include a coil resistance of 57 Ω at 20°C, 1000 V AC electrical insulation, IP51 protection, and 300 mm AWG24 flying leads. The valve is rated for over 100 million cycles and requires a 20 μm filtration at the inlet.
