ESDU 75008 gives graphs of frequency of occurrence against magnitude of the load factors obtained in operations on paved runways and taxiways. The data were deduced from accelerometer readings at the aircraft centre of gravity or from strain-gauged undercarriages and were extracted from various sources in the literature and some unpublished information. The data are grouped according to aircraft weight and range and include turbojet and turboprop airliners, bombers, fighters and trainers. Data were obtained during ground roll in both landing and take-off, and during taxiing manoeuvres.
