The S14810 is a front-illuminated TDI-CCD image sensor with an integrated CMOS readout circuit, designed for high-speed continuous imaging in machine vision applications. It has a pixel size of 12 × 12 µm, 1024 × 128 effective pixels, and an image size of 12.288 × 1.536 mm. The sensor operates at a maximum line rate of 100 kHz with a 10-bit digital output and bidirectional charge transfer. It features a readout noise of 8 e- rms typical, a fill factor of 100%, and 128 TDI stages. The package is a 320-pin ceramic with a borosilicate glass window, and it is non-cooled. The spectral response range is 400 to 1100 nm, with a saturation output of 675 DN at gain=1x and 675 DN at gain=10x. The sensor includes an on-chip A/D converter and LVDS digital outputs.
