Current-to-voltage conversion amplifier designed for high-speed Si PIN photodiodes, supporting TO-8, TO-5, and TO-18 packages. The device operates from a dual power supply of ±15 V to ±18 V with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA and features a bandwidth of DC to 100 MHz. It provides a conversion impedance of 1×10³ V/A, a maximum output amplitude of ±12 V into a 1 kΩ load, and an output resistance of 50 Ω. The operating temperature range is 0 to +50 °C, with a storage temperature range of -0 to +70 °C. The amplifier includes an adjustable response speed via a trimmer potentiometer and requires a low-ripple series power supply. Dimensions are 52 mm × 19 mm with M4 mounting screw holes.
