The E-FB16-FC+SR/AR is a monolithic flat belt designed for applications in the baked snacks, biscuit and cracker, candy, chewing gum, and chocolate industries. Constructed from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), it features a cobalt blue color and a rib structure on the conveying side, providing medium adhesive properties. The belt is 1.6 mm thick and has a weight of 1.3 kg/m¬=. This belt is characterized by its abrasion resistance, edge wear resistance, and flexibility in all directions. It is suitable for small pulley diameters and can be used with knife edge rollers, carrying rollers, and slider beds. The belt is FDA compliant for food suitability and is resistant to oil and fat. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -20¬8C to 60¬8C and has a coefficient of friction of 0.30 against steel pulleys and 0.35 against stainless steel slider beds. The E-FB16-FC+SR/AR can be joined using a quickmelt method or optional methods such as Microflex and Flexproof. It is not antistatically equipped and does not have specific flammability prevention properties. The product is suitable for horizontal conveyance and has not been tested according to ATEX standards.
