The 198801494 is a remote mount sensor for use with Metalex Weld-On Mini-Tap and Socket Weld Mini-Tap fittings, compatible with flow ranges of 1.6 to 20 ft/s (0.5 to 6 m/s) and maximum pressures of 103 bar (1500 psi) at a safety factor of 1.5. It is self-powered and designed for pipe sizes from 0.5 to 12 in (DN15 to DN300). The sensor body and rotor are constructed of stainless steel, with a tungsten carbide pin insertion, and is suitable for installations from 1/2 in to DN100. The sensor is part of the Type 525 Metalex series.
