The ELGEF Plus Tapping saddle PE100 is designed for tapping live mains under pressure in PE100 pipes with outer diameters of 63 to 160 mm and SDR 9-17.6. It features an integrated cutter, a moulded-on lower part, 4 mm pin connectors, limited path fusion indicators, and a long fusion outlet with an O-ring-sealed screw cap. The unit is installed using the ELGEF Plus tapping and assembly key 799 198 047 or tapping key 799 198 079. Operating pressure is rated at 16 bar for water and 10 bar for gas. The monobloc version has a consistent housing length of 193 mm and width of 131 mm across all variants, with weights ranging from 0.368 kg to 0.794 kg depending on size.
