Description
The GHT Self-Regulating Heating Cables are designed for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of metal, non-metal pipes, vessels, and equipment. The GHT cables are rated for a maximum maintain temperature of 150°F (65°C) and intermittent exposure of 185°F (85°C), operating voltages 100 -120V or 200-277V and nominal power outputs 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 W/ft. The CT type outer jacket of the GHT cable has high chemical resistance and therefore can be used in areas where organic chemicals or corrosives may be present. When used with the GB Series connection accessories, the GHT heat tracing system is suitable for ordinary and Div. 2 Hazardous locations approved by FM for US and Canada and certified with ATEX and IECEx for the rest of the world.
