Option to add to the SLM®280HL.
The semi-automatic powder filtering unit is equipped with a special vacuum that empties the process chamber and refills the powder container under an inert gas atmosphere. The suction unit is connected to an intermediate container and the powder is forward-controlled to the vibration sieving system. Sieved GO grain powder then passes into a stainless steel container that is fixed into position inside the sieving system. Likewise, the system is equipped with an additional ultrasonic device that supports the sieving procedure. Fine mesh filters and sieves are standard and commercially available products and pre-assembled with a 100µm mesh insert.
