For a strong performance: the compact, flat and cost-effective HPPF parallel grippers. The long service life and high repeat accuracy are the result of the integrated, maintenance-free ball bearing guide and the robust design. For many reasons including their reduced copper, zinc and nickel content, they are ideal for use in the electronics industry, in special machine construction as well as in battery production – or simply everywhere that requires an extremely flat design.
Optimal: compact and flat design
Durable: integrated guide and robust design
Economical: best price/performance ratio
Combinable: available in many sizes and strokes
Sustainable: through reduced material use and maintenance-free over the entire service life.
Everything under control!
Gripper technology for a long life!
Thanks to the large stroke of up to 80 mm, a gripping force of up to 188 N and the design-inspired rigidity, the parallel gripper can even transport large workpieces. It can also grip internally and externally. And last but not least, the high repetition accuracy is maintained throughout the gripper’s entire life.
Cost-effective combinations
Versatility is built into the HPPF: the parallel gripper is available in 4 sizes, which can be optimally adjusted for application-specific stroke sizes thanks to elastic cushioning. The smallest of the size-optimized HPPFs weighs just 68 g – ideal, for example, for assembling small parts in the electronics industry. Inductive proximity sensors provide a cost-effective and simple means of position sensing. Since the copper, zinc and nickel content is low, less than 1%, it is well suited for battery manufacturing.
