The 314GC-024 is an amplified speaker designed for supervised alarm notification systems, capable of producing tones or voice messages when paired with a UTM tone card or a central voice evacuation system. It features a cast aluminum housing with a spun aluminum protector, Type 3R and IP54 enclosure rating, and is UL Fire Listed. Operating at 24 Vdc, it draws 1.3 A during operation and 0.15 A in standby, producing 112 dBa at 10 feet (122 dBa at 1 meter). The speaker supports digital signal amplification, built-in gain control, fused input and output, and a four-wire supervisable power circuit. It is rated for electrical operation from -67°F to 150°F (-55°C to 66°C) and has dimensions of 13.90 inches in height, 10.20 inches in width, and 9.90 inches in depth, weighing 6.1 lb (2.8 kg) net.

Models 304GC, 314GC, 304GC-CN, and 314GC-CN Amplified Speakers are designed to produce crisp, clear tones in supervised alarm notification systems. These amplified speakers can broadcast tones generated by a tone card installed into the speaker (the plug-in 32-tone UTM*) or by a central tone source in a voice evacuation or paging system. When live public address or voice messages are required, plug-in Connector Cards (AM25CK or AM70CK) interface with the Vrms of the EVAC panel.
Both amplified speakers are compatible with fire alarm and suppression supervised control panels and power boosters.
The rugged construction and high output of these speakers make it ideal for use in harsh environments with high ambient noise levels. Both models feature an internal gain control for adjustment to the suit area.
