The PS2 RP series is a 5-digit programmable ratemeter with two preset outputs for controlling rate-based applications such as flow, speed, or feed rate. It features independent scaling for input A, rate display in units per second, minute, or hour, and two 5-digit presets with relay outputs rated at 5 A at 120/240 VAC or 28 VDC. The unit has a 0.55-inch high LED display, operates on 110 or 220 VAC ±15% or 12 to 15 VDC, and includes EEPROM memory with 10-year data retention. It supports NEMA 4X/IP65 front panel enclosure, CSA approval, and optional RS232/RS422 serial communication or 4-20mA/0-20mA analog output. Input A accepts standard DC pulses (4-30 VDC) or magnetic pickup signals (30 mV min, 5 kHz max).
The PS2 Programmable Electronic Counter & Ratemeter displays count rate or total in several operating modes. Two preset outputs can control rate, count, batching, positioning, length, distance, flow, etc. All three versions CR, CP & RP have presets and scaling.
