Enable,Ñ¢ 4009MC Blown is a medium density ethylene 1-hexene copolymer designed for applications requiring a balance of extrusion processing and film properties. It features a density of 0.938 g/cm¬= and a melt index of 0.90 g/10 min, making it suitable for various film applications. The product exhibits high tensile strength, with values of 2600 psi (18 MPa) in the machine direction and 3000 psi (21 MPa) in the transverse direction at yield. It also demonstrates significant elongation at break, reaching 600% in the machine direction and 830% in the transverse direction. This polymer is particularly effective in applications such as bread bags, compression packaging, hygiene films, lamination films, and monofilament production. It is processed using a blown film line with specific parameters, including a melt temperature range of 380-400¬8F (193-204¬8C). The product does not contain intentionally added Tris(nonylphenol)phosphite (TNPP) and is available in multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
