The SANTEST DA03S is an integrated amplifier type direct acting high-speed servo valve for hydraulic systems, using a Dual Halbach Magnet Array to drive a zero-lap spool. It offers rated flows of 10, 20, 40, 60, or 80 L/min at 7 MPa, with a step response of 1.5 msec for the 60 L/min model and a frequency response of 620 Hz (-3 dB) under forced oil cooling. Maximum operating pressure is 35 MPa, internal leakage is less than 1.7 L/min at 21 MPa, and contamination tolerance complies with NAS1638 Class 10. Ambient temperature range is -20 to 50°C, and it has IP65 protection. The valve includes integrated spool position and velocity feedback, supports Modbus RTU via RS-485, and operates with 24-48 VDC power.
SANTEST DA03S model is a unique "High-Speed Servo Valve" for hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
